Common Questions About Calming / Soothing Staff
We work with our staff to ensure they use the best patient treatment techniques. Our dentists also pursue ongoing education opportunities, so they have the most recent knowledge in best practices. We always encourage our staff to embody our values while working with a patient.
If you’re nervous, we will take the time to answer your questions and even give you a break if you need one during your appointment. Plus, we’ll never rush you during your orthodontic care or pressure you into something you aren’t comfortable pursuing. We take the time to listen to you, and that helps us only recommend treatments that will meet your needs and improve your oral health.
If necessary, we have dental sedation options to ease your anxiety during your appointment. We can administer laughing gas, which is a mild sedative to combat anxiety. An as alternative, oral sedation is available with a small pill that you take before your treatment. We also offer IV sedation for more severe anxiety. It gives you a deeper sense of calm and will help you completely forget what happens during your appointment.
